Usage and billing
Plan management
The process for changing your Continual plan varies depending on your current plan:

Developer or Team Plan customers: You can modify your plan directly from the Billing & Usage page within your workspace settings. Simply navigate to the settings, select the "Manage plan" tab, and choose the desired plan.

Enterprise Plan customers: To change your plan, please reach out to your dedicated account team or send an email to support@continual.ai. Our team will assist you in selecting the plan that best fits your needs and guide you through the process.

Single sign-on
Continual offers support for SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) for enterprise customers. SSO allows your team members to securely access Continual using their existing organizational credentials, streamlining the login process and enhancing security.
To enable SAML SSO for your workspace, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@continual.ai and express your interest in setting up SAML SSO.
- Provide the necessary information, such as your organization's identity provider (IdP) details and any specific configuration requirements.
- Our team will guide you through the setup process, including configuring your IdP and providing you with the required Continual SSO metadata.
- Once the configuration is complete, your team members will be able to log in to Continual using their organizational SSO credentials.
Enabling SAML SSO offers several benefits:
- Enhanced security: SSO ensures that access to Continual is controlled through your organization's centralized identity management system, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
- Improved user experience: Team members can access Continual without the need to remember separate credentials, simplifying the login process and reducing password fatigue.
