Data usage and model training
Continual and all of our subprocessors never train models on customer data without explicit opt-in. We believe in transparency and giving our customers full control over how their data is used. Your data is yours, and we respect that. If you choose to opt-in to allow your data to be used for model training, we will ensure that it is handled securely and in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Security and compliance
Security is a top priority at Continual. We have implemented robust security measures to protect our customers' data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our security practices include:

We are also actively working towards achieving SOC 2 Type II certification, which involves a more extensive and rigorous audit process and expect to complete this certification prior to our public release.
Data processing agreements and SOC 2 reports
For customers who require additional assurances regarding data privacy and security, we offer the following:
- Data Processing Agreements (DPAs): We can provide a comprehensive DPA outlining our data processing practices and commitments to data privacy and security.
- SOC 2 Reports: Upon request, we can share our SOC 2 Type I report and, once available, our SOC 2 Type II report, which provide detailed information about our security controls and practices.
